Some Mount Dora boat ramps to be closed March 20-24

PALATKA — The St. Johns River Water Management District will be conducting maintenance at the Lake Apopka North Shore property beginning March 20. During this time, the McDonald Canal Boat Ramp, the Shad Boat Ramp and the North Shore Trailhead will be inaccessible.   While the work is expected to be completed by March 24, any construction delays may prohibit us from opening the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive.   For the most up-to-date list of open District properties, visit the District's website at www.sjrwmd.com/lands/recreation/announcements.
